Grease Traps & Separators

Grease traps, also known as grease interceptors or fat traps, are used to capture fats, oils and grease, preventing them from entering a drainage system.

Designed for use in restaurants, hotels, public houses, canteens and similar applications, they allow fats and grease to naturally separate out from water, allowing their removal prior to the wastewater reaching the drainage system.

JDP offer a range of different sized grease traps, for use in commercial and industrial applications, between 500 and 6,000 litres. The size separator you will need is calculated by the facilities advised number of standard meals per day.
