Septic tanks are a traditional answer for domestic sewage disposal when it isn’t possible to connect to a mains sewer system. The shallow dig design of this tank means you won’t need to excavate as deep as you would with a spherical shaped tank and will also reduce the chance of ground water issues.

This breaks them down into sludge and the surplus effluent liquid leaves the tank via the outlet. When planning an installation, you must consider the conditions specific to your site. This tank will require an appropriate concrete surround and base that will need to be created on site, and you will also need a concrete cover slab to suit.
