JDP offers returns for items purchased online within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order (excluding delivered to order items) and receive a full refund at any time before your order is delivered or within 30 days starting on the day after delivery. If this period expires on a non-working day your deadline is extended until the next working day.
A refund may only include standard delivery charges and will exclude charges incurred from tolls. If you cancel your order after 30 days, or part-return your order, delivery charges will not be refunded.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation and returned products. If the original payment method is unavailable a cheque will be issued in replacement.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you cancel an order after it has been delivered, or you would like a refund for your order, you are responsible for returning the product(s) to us at your cost and within 30 days. You can return product(s) to us by:
Visiting a branch
Return any unwanted product(s) to your local branch, with proof of purchase, for free.
Collection via Courier
Return your unwanted products via one of our chosen carriers. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01228 587900 to arrange collection. There will be a minimum charge for this service, which may rise depending on your location and the size of the product(s) you’re returning.
JDP reserves the right to charge for packaging/pallets or returnable containers, and to reduce your refund for use or mishandling of the product(s).

Made To Order Goods
Items that are marked "made to order" are bespoke custom items made/delivered when you place an order. Once JDP has confirmed an estimated delivery date for orders containing made to order item(s) the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights for order items that are not made to order, if your order contains a mixture of item types.
If a made to order item is found to be faulty, after delivery, JDP and/or the item manufacturer will repair or replace it free of charge.
Some manufacturers allow made to order items to be returned but additional charges may apply. Please get in touch if you wish to return a made to order item. If the made to order item is a pack of items, and it can be returned to the manufacturer, you can't return individual items from the pack - all the items in the pack must be returned at the same time.
Where stock availability is limited we may substitute products of the same or better quality for the original price. If you are unhappy with the substitution you may return the product to us for a full refund following the process above.
Faulty, Missing or Damaged Goods
If you receive product(s) that are faulty, missing or damaged please notify us within 30 days of delivery with details of the fault(s). If this period expires on a non-working day your deadline is extended until the next working day.
We will exchange the product(s), send replacements or provide substitutions of the same or better quality or provide a refund for the product(s). We will arrange to collect the product(s) at no expense to you if required.
