This fabricated sluice valve (also known as a gate valve) is used to stop the flow of liquids by forcing a gate, or wedge, in the path of the liquid and creating a seal. Available in either 150mm or 225mm diameters.

It operates in a fully-on or fully-off position, so cannot be used to regulate flow, only allow to open/close. Zero seepage/leakage is not guaranteed.
