This WREKiN Highway Group 4 gully grate is designed and manufactured to exceed the enhanced requirements of national highway authorities’ HA 104/09 specification. The Highway range of access covers and gully grates conform to BS EN 124:2015 and also includes patented safety provisions and design features to ensure safe and robust performance.

Manufactured from Ductile Iron, a unique form of iron which is treated before the casting process, the Highway Group 4 range of gully grates are capable of withstanding a 400kN test load. For use in areas where cars and lorries have access, including carriageways, hard shoulders and pedestrian areas. They are exceptionally strong and durable with high impact resistance, fully comply with BS EN 124:2015 and carry the British Standard Kitemark. The captive hinge allows for a single unit opening with anti theft feature.
