This 2 part galvanised mild steel (GMS) recessed access cover is designed to be in-filled with a suitable screed or concrete. It features, as standard, four locking screws and rubber neoprene seals to resist gas egress and water ingress. The square to round arrangement of this model is designed to fit all major PPICs.

The standard tray depth is a nominal 40mm unless otherwise indicated. Ideal for indoor use these unobtrusive access covers can be in-filled with screed, tiles and other floor surfaces. The frame and cover are galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461.

Intended for very light industrial areas, where small trolleys and private cars/small vans can manoeuvre, this Single Seal Manhole Cover & Frame can withstand Slow Moving Wheel Loads of up to 1.25 tonnes for pneumatic tyres and up to 0.25 tonnes for solid tyres. This makes it suitable for applications where the Gross Laden Vehicle Weight (GLVW) will Not exceed 5 tonnes such as:

• Domestic driveways
• Trolley parks
• Hospital wards
