This Niagara Ogee internal stopend is designed to cap-off the left-hand open ends of Niagara Ogee gutter unions, angles, or outlets, as necessary. It forms part of a Niagara Ogee guttering system that provides a cost-effective solution for new builds, refurbishments, conservatories, and extensions in areas of heavy rainfall. Easy to install with good flow capacity and a 10-year performance and colour guarantee.

This is for the left-hand end of Ogee gutter fittings only. For a right-hand ends, choose the Ogee Internal Stopend - R/H product instead.

Important Note: to cap-off gutter lengths, use External Stopends instead of Internal Stopends.

Manufacturer’s Advice: Fascia brackets should be installed at a maximum of 1m apart along each gutter length and within 150mm of any other joint or fitting. For optimum performance of Niagara Ogee gutter systems, we recommend the use of a FloPlast 65mm square or 68/80mm round downpipe system. FloPlast recommend the use of lubricant on all gutter seals for ease of fitting and improved performance.

Gutter Flow Rates

With a max flow rate of 2.61 litres/sec for a gutter system installed with a 1:350 fall ratio (2.16 l/s if installed level), the Niagara Ogee gutter system, connected to a 65mm Square downpipe via a stopend outlet, is suitable for a maximum roof area of 125m2 (104m2 if installed level). If connected to an 80mm Round downpipe, the maximum roof area increases to 138m2 (114m2 if installed level).

With a max flow rate of 4.77 litres/sec for a gutter system installed with a 1:350 fall ratio (4.05 l/s if installed level), the Niagara Ogee gutter system, connected to a 65mm Square downpipe via a running outlet at the centre of the gutter run, is suitable for a maximum roof area of 229m2 (194m2 if installed level). If connected to an 80mm Round downpipe via a running outlet, the maximum roof area increases to 251m2 (213m2 if installed level).
