The Klargester 4,600 litre Gamma system is a fully integrated shallow dig rainwater harvester. The shallow dig design of this tank means less excavation will be required during installation, saving time and money on muck away. Rainwater is collected from the building’s guttering system; it then flows through a filter into the underground water tank. The multi-stage submersible pump then distributes the water to whence it is required. The Gamma can service both household and garden applications.

The system is automated, meaning once installed this intelligent and intuitive system will provide peace of mind that you have a reliable and sustainable water supply.

The Klargester Gamma Fully Integrated Rainwater Harvesting System is available in two options: 

Gravity Feed Option
The rainwater is pumped up to an elevated header tank, stored and then gravity fed to the serviced appliances on demand. Benefits of this system include:

• Energy efficient – requiring water to be pumped from the underground tank less often.
• Cost effective – reducing water consumption and therefore water bills.
• Guaranteed water supply – utilising independent mains & rainwater vales in the header tank to automatically switch to mains water if needed. 

Please note: this system requires the additional purchase of a Header Tank and loft space availability for fitting at the intended property. 

Direct Feed Option
The rainwater is pumped from the underground tank direct to the serviced appliances as required. Benefits of this system include:

• Higher Pressure – water is delivered to appliances at mains pressure.
• Cost effective – reducing water consumption and therefore water bills.
• Guaranteed water supply – automatically topping up from mains supply if required.
• Doesn’t require loft space – suitable for properties where a header tank would be impractical.

• Can reduce water consumption by up to 50% in domestic applications
• Easy to install and simple to maintain
• ‘Fit and Forget’ system, ensuring an automatic supply of harvested rainwater
• Crushed rock backfill – dependent on site conditions
• Fully compliant –tested in accordance with EN12566 Part 1 and BS 8515:2009 standards 
• Both systems come complete with:
• Fitted and integral leaf filter
• Solenoid valve
• Stainless steel multi-stage submersible intelligent pump
• Plastic manhole cover 

Examples of the appliances and applications that can be fed by filtered rainwater from this system are:

• Flushing WCs
• Domestic laundry
• Washing vehicles
• Watering the garden 

This system is suitable for both self-build projects and residential developments. 

Customer Advice: The filtered water is non-potable and is therefore not suitable for drinking.
