Flexible Drainage Saddles

Flexible Drainage Saddles are designed to enable the secure connection of a lateral pipe (or branch pipe) to an existing clay or concrete sewer pipe.

A drainage saddle offers the same solution as pipe junctions for lateral pipes that need connecting to the system mains, such as those from new build houses, road gullies, etc. However, installation of a flexible drainage saddle requires less excavation work and only a core hole to be drilled into the main pipe, which can offer significant time and cost savings on-site over using a factory-made pipe junction.

Flexseal and Mission have a dedicated range of drainage saddles for connecting lateral (branch) pipes to larger concrete or clay pipelines. They are designed to be as universal as possible, covering multiple sizes, wall thickness, and brands of pipes to create a permanent, reliable, watertight seal. For added peace of mind, any Fleaxseal drainage saddle that can be used for clay or concrete pipes comes with WRc Approval, which is recognised by UK Water Authorities.
