This PLASSON BSP threaded double check valve is a backflow prevention fitting that is designed to protect water supplies from contamination. Its two stage valve system ensures water can only flow one way and helps to prevent any leaks. Made from dezincification resistant (DZR) brass, giving it exceptional resistance to corrosion, this WRAS approved fitting is suitable for cold water applications up to 20 Degrees C.

Manufacturers Advice: It is strongly recommended that BSP threads are assembled with PTFE tape to ensure a leak free joint.
