This PLASSON flange backing ring is designed for use with PLASSON electrofusion  flange fittings to create reliable, high performance pipe joints and long system life. Electrofusion is a highly effective means of joining MDPE pipework, using built in electric heating elements in the fitting to create a strong, reliably secure joint when fussed to the pipe.

Product Features:

• Creates a strong and reliable joint
• PN16 rated
• Available in sizes from 25mm – 180mm
• Conforms to ‎‎EN 1555, EN 12201, NF 136, AS/NZS 4129, WIS 4–32–13, WIS 4–32–15 

All fittings are BS EN 12201 and BS EN 1555 approved and are fitted with 4.0mm pins. PLASSON electrofusion fittings can be used with PLASSON’s computerised SmartFuse System control box, Fusamatic control boxes, barcode reading and by manual control boxes.
